I am extremely busy these days. I hardly even have time to blog. Every waking -and sleeping- moment I have is occupied by my kids. Don’t get me wrong. I am not complaining. I just miss my husband’s presence. Not only is his presence comforting and helpful to me, but to the kids as well. [...]
I have been busy looking around for a homeschool provider for my little boy who is turning 5 in June. I started considering it more seriously after our attempts at conventional schooling did not produce satisfactory results.
I don’t quite recall how my first-born was potty trained. By the time I quit full-time work, he was already four years old and had already been potty trained…by the nanny. I did, however, share in the work. Whenever he wanted to go, someone had to sit next to him in the toilet to read him a book! ( Oh, yes, he loved that!) We still have accidents every now and then, but, they don’t bother me now as much as they used to. I am sure that it is a task that he will learn to master in his own time.
